Isla Mujeres - Day 6

Whew...are you guys still hanging with me? Day 6 was one of those days where we were so tired and so sunburned, none of us felt like doing anything. But we did get out and go to the grocery store and grab a few essentials. Really fancy, right?

Here we are just goofing around in the room. That ball was the best $5 spent. Thanks, Papa.

For lunch, we went to a place called Barito's which only serves breakfast and lunch. It was kind of an americanized sandwich shop. I was shocked when our waitress came out and she looked very American and spoke perfect english. We came to find out that she owned the shop with her also American husband. They moved here a couple years ago since they love it so much here. Wow, I don't think I could do that, but cool that they did. The food was good, but it was really hot that I don't think any of us felt like eating much.

The rest of the day we just bummed around. David, Noah and my dad went to the beach a bit more, but I just stayed in the room and read (which was fine with me).
