Cycle #4

Back to TTC. While on vacation, I took the prometrium to induce the next cycle. That started yesterday, June 29. So today is actually CD 2. I called and talked with Becky at PARINTS and discussed our plan of action for this cycle. I am going to take 150mg of Clomid days 3-9 and then I go back for an ultrasound on July 11 (CD 13) to see how I'm responding. Hopefully it looks like I'm responding well and I won't need any injections and we just wait until they are big enough to trigger. But if they aren't even close, we will need to start with the injections which I dread because 1. They are needles and they will hurt and 2. They are expensive. But I will do what I need to do.

Based on a "normal" cycle (ha, what do I know about a normal cycle?), if I got pregnant this cycle, I would be due April 4, which is MUCH closer to the tax deadline than before. I really don't want to miss busy season again. Of course, since I will probably not ovulate (aka trigger) until later than CD 14, that pushes my due date back farther. I'm not sure if it would get pushed back 11 days, but still. And honestly, the last week before the deadline isn't very busy, so it wouldn't be a big deal to be due right before busy season ends.
